Toolkit and Resource Directory (coming later)

This Toolkit and Resource Directory is intended to provide ready access to the best guidance available to archivists and records managers during disaster planning and emergency response. It is one of three components of the CoSA Framework for Emergency Preparedness.

The emphasis is on identifying best practices that state archives and records management (ARM) programs can use while implementing the CoSA Framework in their states.

The other two components of the Framework are the Assessment and Pocket Response Plan (PReP).

Users of the Toolkit and Resource Directory are encouraged to offer comments or suggestions on any of the items included here by using the Comments button at the top of the page. We believe that this ability to offer comments and suggestions based on each state's own experiences will enhance the value of the resources listed here.
